MAYSA R&D CENTER


Maysa Gıda, which was established in the year 1992 to render service for the dairy sector, has been one of the pioneer organizations for 25 years not only as a company procuring products but also with the consultancy and research-development services which it provides. In February 2017, it has been granted the title of Research-Development Center by the hand of the Ministry of Science Industry and Technology.

Our animal rennets that are produced out of the calf stomach by 100 % eliminates the negativities of going bitter by reason of enzymes etc. with particularly the cheeses that require a long maturation.

Special starter culture strains that are proper for the Turkish taste are being included.

The FlavoRole series are the products that may be put to use as a quality and cost alternative at every single point where the cheese and butter are being used as components in place of the dairy sector.
